Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack and doggy extras. External utility room with washing machine (shared). Enclosed rear garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.
Up to 2 small to medium-sized well-behaved dogs welcome free of charge. No dogs under 1 year old. No dogs to be left alone in the cottage or in the garden. Charging of electric vehicles is forbidden on site.
£100 refundable damages deposit required.

Outside
The cottage has a private garden. There is a picnic bench on the grass with a sun parasol in the summer, a wooden swing bed and a seating area with a wooden table and chairs and a gas BBQ for al fresco dining. There is an additional bench to the front of the cottage, which catches the evening sun. Parking for 2 family cars, family cars only accepted. 1 extra space can be booked for £25.
