External utility room (shared with other properties on-site). Enclosed garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.
Up to 2 small to medium-sized well-behaved dogs welcome free of charge. No dogs under 1 year old. No dogs to be left alone in the cottage or in the garden. Charging of electric vehicles is forbidden on site.
£100 refundable damages deposit required.

The cottage has a private garden with a seating area with a table and chairs and a gas BBQ for al fresco dining. There is an additional bench by the front door of cottage, which catches the evening sun. Parking for 1 family car, family cars only accepted. 1 extra space can be booked for £25.
